Molecular formula: ZN3(PO4)2O2H2O

Properties: white tiny crystal

It is one kind of white antirust pigment, non-toxicity and pollution, can replcae the heavy metal antirust pigment.

There are no lead ,no chromium, no toxicity and pollution matter in zinc phosphate. It does not irritate to skin, has good thermal stability ,good anti-rust performance,save consumption in coating,unit cost is low.

The coatings adopted zinc phosphate holds excellent antirust and waterproof characteristic.So zinc phosphate adopted widely in various waterproof, acid-proof, anticorrosive coatings, such as Bakelite, acrylic coating, alkyd ocating and water soluble resin. Widely applied in metal boat, automobile, machinery, light metal, household appliance ,metal container of food and so on.

Zinc phosphate can be used as base material of alkyd coating, bakelite and epoxy resin, it also can be used as non-toxic antirust pigment. Besides zinc Phosphate also can  be used as fire retardant or phosphor for chlorinated rubber and synthetic polymer.

Zinc phosphate can be used as bonding agent in dentistry.
